    On January 2nd 2:12 GMT we experienced an issue with the Humaans application that caused the PDF attachments in Identification and Documents sections of the profile to not be visible. This in turn triggered a series of email notifications on the morning of January 3rd with the subject “Your profile is incomplete” asking users to re-upload their Identification documents. The issue was reported on January 3rd 9:06 GMT and the fix was released at 10:25 GMT restoring visibility to all identification and document attachments. All identifications and documents are now showing as expected and no further action is needed.
